My name is Emily Sparks, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Bachelor Degree in Social Work (2006) and my Master Degree in Social Work (2007) from Florida State University. I have experience in a variety of clinical settings from geriatric counseling to military lifestyle counseling. I am a Qualified LCSW Supervisor, I am EMDR-trained and member of the National Association of Social Workers. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I have received specialized training in child and youth behavior as well as grief and bereavement counseling. Other areas of specialization include: trauma /crisis, depression, anxiety, military deployment/redeployment transitions, children coping with military lifestyle, communication skills, stress management, relationship issues, child and adolescent behavioral issues, coping skills, parenting, and grief/loss.
